What are your top goals as a business this year?
- Increased coffee sales, especially our new pour-over varieties and iced cold brews
- Increase walk-in traffic and customer engagement - we want to make our location an inviting place to get together or study. We're offering events this year to boost awareness.

- Ensure customers know our opening and closing times - this is especially improtant for people commuting to work and for students who are studying late at night

What are your top goals as a business this year?
- Develop and market some brand new brews, especially for the fall and winter
- Promote attendance at our "Hoppy Hours" and other tasting events
- Offer additional food items, including flatbreads and appetizers
- Promote our growler service, allowing more people to enjoy our brews at home
What would you like the website to be able to do for your users?
- First, they need to be able to find our location and hours easily, since visitors are what sustains us as a business
- Allow people to see our different craft brews (maybe sorted by type), which change out seasonally. This is what keeps people coming back. Each month we have a featured brew.
- Secondarily, promote that we offer flatbreads and appetizers, which makes us a great first stop on a night out.
- Talk about our history and importance as a small business in the community
- List upcoming events and tastings - which tends to get people to visit for the first time.

What are your top goals as a business this year?
- Invite new visitors to our clinic for the first time
- Provide better resources and connections with our current clients, perhaps through a blog, social media or original articles
- Set up and promote our new Pet Portal, which allows clients to see their pet's history, request appointments and communicate with our team (part of a separate website that we don't operate). This portal is very expensive to operate, so we need to make sure people know where to find it and how to use it.

- Make it easy for new visitors to find us, especially on Google, and then get to our office and see office hours.
- Outline the different services we offer, as well as promoting that we're AAHA certified (which is a high level of certification in the vet world).
- Access the Pet portal
- Provide some sort of blog or original articles (for example, care guides) for our patients (as well as for promotion on social channels)
